We ship within the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), EU and some overseas countries. More option at checkout page.

Our delivery service is provided by Royal Mail or additional courier service. Goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt of cleared payment, but during busy times it may take up to 3 working days (Business days). Estimated delivery dates depend on postal service selected. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We'll contact you to confirm the delivery.
Please pay your attention - we aren't couriers, we don't do deliveries, we cannot guarantee speed and quality of third parties. If you unhappy with delivery speed, please complain courier, not us. We can only garanty speed of dispatche.

Can I change the shipping address after purchase?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after your order has been placed. But you can cancel if order is not shipped.
My order hasn't arrived.
If estimated delivery date has passed, then we recommend that you ask the carrier's local depot if they've already tried to deliver it, or ask your neighbour if the package has been left with them. If there's still no sign of your order, please contact us.
What happens if my item is damaged?
We require you to take a picture of the damaged item immediately and email it to us. Failure to do so means we will be unable to refund any delivery costs. Signing for a parcel is acceptance that the goods are received in good order so please check all courier items immediately.
What happens if I miss the courier delivery?
There must be someone to sign for a delivery at the supplied delivery address. If you are out the courier (usually Interlink) will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If this is not possible a card will be left with a contact number for you to arrange to collect from the depot. If you are out and do not make contact with the courier the goods will be returned to us & the administation charge for this will be passed back to you, the customer.
Unfortunately, if you wish us to re-send the goods via the courier, we will have to charge you again for postage as we will be charged again. Please ensure you supply a contact telephone number when you place an order so you can be contacted by us if needed.
